Injection Molding

Spartek's experienced molding department can supply you with high quality parts in small or high volume. Nine Presses, 150 ton to 1500 ton. From small precise automotive and cosmetic pieces to large molded parts up to 15 lbs in weight.

Vacuum Plating

Six chambers, two flow coaters, automatic and hand spray equipment. The vacuum metalizing department also incorporates our dip die operation. A wide variety of metallic colors can be applied to plastic parts as our customers needs requires.

Vacuum Forming

We have two microprocessor controlled forming presses.

Complicated trimming of formed parts is done on our state of the art, Motion Master five axis, and a CNC router which can be programmed to provide virtually any part dimension our customers may require.

Metal Shop

Computerized STRIPPIT machine with turret, sheet, punch, form, steel rule dies and metal stamping. 13 presses-capacity up to 100 tons, two computerized brake presses, and one 8 ft. computer controlled shear press.

Assembly

Large and small illuminated and non-illuminated displays in high or low volume production.

Up to four lines can run at a time, and indoors a

large area for pre and post assemblies

Sonic Welding

Sonic welding of materials, degating and inserting.

Pad Printing

Various sizes and plastics; flat and rounded.

Screening

Detailed screening: from supplied pictures to finished product; small or large capacity.

Painting

Paint booths: Versatile multi-phased booths provide custom design, colors and finishes.

Antiquing

Painting and antiquing: plastics and metals, decorative painting as well as plastics antiquing.

Hot Stamp

Hot stamp of all types: roller, vertical, cylindrical, flat raised and die stamp

Tool Shop

Dedicated to maintaining and repairing our customers' injection molding tools, vacuum forming tools, and metal fabricating punch press dies.

Warehousing

Over 60,000 square feet housing raw materials, incoming and outgoing products.
