The Shift Inline Supervisor will oversee all shift operations of the Inline Department on the 3rd shift. They will be responsible for coordinating the Shift Inline operations and controlling the manufacturing process. The Shift Inline Supervisor also oversees employees to safely and efficiently produce quality parts and services for the customer.
Three years of related experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting is desired. As a supervisor, they must have leadership skills to direct employees toward production goals. Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills, as well as attention to detail, the ability to multi-task. Equally important they must be familiar with the methods of production used in the department and Inline machinery.

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000
